2ULaundry has a super-star team dedicated to customer support! We’re here for anything you need – scheduling pickups, inquiring about a bill, preparing for your pickup, navigating your online account, and more! We provide support across your preferred channels – phone, text message, email, and online chat.

Business Hours

Our Customer Care Team provides support from 8am-7pm Monday through Friday. Contact us after hours and we’ll get back to you the next business day after 8am. If you’d like to schedule a next-day pickup after hours, simply text PICKUP to 58815.

2ULaundry is all about convenience, and that includes our dedication to providing excellent customer support. If contacted during business hours, Customer Care typically responds within 30 minutes!

    Priced per item

    Prices may vary based on the complexity of the repairs or alteration and may take up to 3-5 business days for completion. If your repair or alterations require additional time, our Customer Care Team will let you know.
